How much should I pay for these rims?

So I'm considering purchasing these used rims:
Mavic Cosmic Elite (front)
Mavic CXP22 rim laced to a Origin8 hub (rear)

They seem to be in good condition.
Does anyone have a ballpark price I should be paying or just any opinions?
I've heard that the Cosmic Elites can be squeaky...

I'll offer $125... considering you can buy a decent new matching wheelset for a tad bit more and the cosmic perhaps coming from a road quick release wheelset...
