Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

yeah. its a reproduction of the old Russian Lubitel 166. I chose the chinese made one from Lomography.com for the hefty price tag because of a few things. the focus screen is a split prism now, vs just glass, so its easier to focus. and focus distance on 0.8m vs like 1.3. plus they are supposed to come out with a polaroid back for it to do instant film lol

why in the hell no one has made a TLR that looks and operates just like that thing with a digital back is beyond me. It wouldn't even need a big sensor, just fudge the lens and use a smaller sensor closer to the lens.
