Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Yeah that must have been intense. Things were getting a little hairy towards the end with the shooting across the Lebanon border, but I'm sure not that bad.

To stay on topic this is me in Amman near the Iraqi embassy...

The red beard, no mustache and shaved head made me look like an Abu Tir supporter. Which meant I got questioned and often searched at all train stations and most bus stations. I don't even want to talk about what happened at the airport...

I look like my avatar. Seriously. My girlfriend drew it and it's a spitting image. At least when I'm eating ramen.

This will make knowing everyone's gender much easier. That way I'll be able to discriminate more accurately.
