Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Looking good. The mustache needs to make a serious comeback. Serious as in, not ironic.

I really like shaving too. The thought of having a shave gets me out of bed in the morning.

In fact, I grow a little bit of beard every day, just so I can shave it off.

A big YES to shaving here.

Do you at least wetshave and use a kickass brush and a real razor instead of that dispoable crap? If that's the case I can see kind of enjoying the shave.

I have a fat face if I'm close shaved. So I look like a chubby 12 year old if I don't keep some facial hair.

Shaving is the devil. I haven't let an actual razor touch my face in forever. I do use clippers to keep things relatively trim doe.

I hate shaving (because I'm lazy), but my face feels filthy when it's hairy.

I tried the whole wet shave thing for about six months. Got a Merkur safety razor, brush and soap. It's a nice ritual but my skin gets serious irritation and ingrown hairs whenever I shave regularly. So on that note, if anyone has some interesting bike parts they want to trade for a Merkur razor hit me up!

I quit trimming my beard at the end of October...not really doing the mustache, so I guess I'm beardvembering.

Also, at the age of 33, I have a ton of gray in my beard. Apparently I'm old.

I made it two weeks and had to shave it, so yesterday. I despise the filling in period.
