I used it just now for a cog. $10.50 shipped. For those that wanted something less than $20, pretty lame that they made it sound like this was a gift certificate, not a discount coupon.
You have to enter the code on the shopping cart page at the bottom, in the box "add promotional code." Not in the "gift certificates" box on the checkout pages.

Nope. Just needs to be an 1/8th inch product.
