Cog/lockring diameters

Help!
I just bought a wheelset with an Origin8 flip-flop hub in the rear. I need to buy a lockring and cog, but I'm not sure how to buy them as I don't know if they're all a universal size or not.

Here's the one I would like to buy:
https://www.amazon.com/Origin-Defende.../dp/B003LRF27U

Here's a similar one, but the hole looks waaaay bigger;
https://www.amazon.com/Origin-Torq-Li...2457637&sr=1-5

Please ignore my incompetence and help if you are willing! I'm still learning...I'm a total bike noob

Henry

No need to apologize.

Here you go:
