I like that Condor Sharp jerseys a lot, but I don't want to spend $85AUD.

Anybody have a good link to a 130bcd chainring Guard... I'm tempted by the Salsa Crossing Guard @ $36 but, I'd love to find a cheaper one.

El Cheepo Nashbar Track Bars for $13.39. They don't say much about 'em on the site but looks like chromed steel in pics. Totally messed up listing. No clamp diameter choices and no width choices or indication. Might have to call for them or roll dice. Also listed as factory seconds so there might be something funky about 'em.

For Brooks owners, is that like a "too good to pass up" kind of deal?

Or more like a "meh, if you've always wanted a Brooks and you got the cash, do it." kind of deal?

Or maybe something like a "you'd be stupid not to buy it" kind of deal?

People tend to sell used brooks for around $75... I'd say $69 is a damn good deal, especially for a seat that I find very very comfortable...

Thanks for the info. Just ordered an antique brown one from them for a future build. Couldn't pass up the price.

Damn, that price had me convinced to finally try out a Brooks but now their site's down =/ Maybe they got posted to one of those deal sites and couldn't handle the load.

I was literally a click away from purchasing a Brooks, but then I realized I would probably have to get a setback seatpost for it. I already got a Thomson for my build so I passed.

anyone know a good place to grab some bib shorts? you wear these babies underneath right with no underwear? I've only tried cycling shorts, but longer rides I need to worry more about chaffing. can I wear normal shorts over these?

Never wear underwear under proper cycling shorts or bibs. You can wear bibs under jean cutoffs if you want but I usually just go pro bono and wear them with a jersey. Chamois butter is great too.

See if you can gather any information here. From what I've gathered, bibs are not something you want to skimp on.

I was thinking about the Galibiers. Cheap enough so that with pedals I'm still under 200.
