Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Love the Capo. It's been said before..this bike is all about that frame, that awesome frame! Components are not top shelf but sensible enough for day-to-day street duties. Wheels are to take the rolling knocks and bumps of city life not for feather-weight. (Capo 1 is more suited for track duties with those Mavic wheels). Alas I did not buy one as I had planned as I stumbled into the hella fun that is mountain biking so ended up going in another direction.

Capo's are great bikes, harsher riding compared to the more flexy steel bikes...obviously. It's a Cannondale, you certainly can find a cheaper SS rig elsewhere but if you have the coin it's not bad. A bike (frame) you can have and hold onto for ages.
