Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Wider Concor Light

I scored a Concor Light for $12 a couple weeks ago. It was replacing my Stock '07 Lager saddle. I like its general shape but I feel like it might be a little to narrow in the sitbone area.

Did anyone else have this issue and what did you end up liking? Or if anyone else has some directions to steer me in... those are welcome too. I know saddles are very individual, but some direction can't hurt

Well if this is meant as a proposition to buy mine, its has some rips. Its honestly not in the greatest shape. Its still 100% rideable but probably worth less than shipping...

i was just talking sitbones the other day on the brooks thread. concor lights are 12.5cm wide which isn't nearly enough for me. i just bought a regal that measures a mm shy of 15cm and am still waiting for it to arrive. the concor supercorsa is 14cm wide. i say know your sitbone center to center measurement, and always take a metric tape when you're saddle shopping. /.02
