Issues:
1) 27" wheels = limited tire selection
2) changing to 700c wheels = need to change brake calipers
3) small chainring badly worn (shark fin teeth) but a larger chainring will hit chainstay, may need different BB spindle length
4) rear hub is really cheap and front hub is low end
5) short horizontal rear dropouts = limited chain adjustment

wow you guys really know whats up. thanks for the heads up. I guess i wont be picking it up. I'll just buy a beater for now. Like a shogun selectra from the 80's. Found one for $35. lol
