Would any other wheel sizes fit this bike?

Hey guys, I'm new here, and generally to the world of bike-awareness. I'm 15 years old and I'm pretty much growing out of this really great Giant mountain bike (with...2 inch wide tires ).
Anyways, I'm looking into buying a fixie/fixed gear bicycle although I'm sure that anyone with a knowledge of bikes can answer my question.
So, I found this fixie for a pretty good price of $200 (and a nice [original] paint job) on craigslist: https://newhaven.craigslist.org/bik/1893142786.html
However, the wheel size is 16" x 1 1/2", who Sheldon Brown on his website tells me is also known as 650B. I really want to get those wheels with 3 or 5 spokes, I think Aerospoke makes them (tell me who else does if you know as well). I would like to know what other sized wheels fit this bike in the classified. Would a 650C (the more 26" width...I think it's equivalent to 26" x 1"). Even better, would a 700c wheel fit this bike? I also want to get tires without any treads (completely slick), which I have not found for 16"x1.5" yet. So what other sized wheels would fit this bike? Thanks!

I'm assuming you just made a typo here. That bike has 26" MTB wheels (559 ISO.) You could probably fit either a 650B or 700c wheelset on it. I think your best bet would be to try fitting a pair of 700c wheels on there, because it might allow you to run short reach caliper brakes. If you change your wheel size keep in mind those canti's will do you no good. Looks like a cool bike though.

Just save up alittle more and get the The Hour... Thats just another mountain bike with drop bars. If you want a "fixie", go with a real one.
