BMX freewheel screwed my chainline

Hey all- Finally used the other side of my Pista's flip-flop hub to exercise a SS option and was very uphappy to find my 42mm chainline wide by 6mm at the rear. The freewheel is a Shimano MX-30, and it even fouls on the chainstay toward the front half of the fork ends. Are there other freewheels with narrower bodies? Have been reading stale posts all day & going crazy, nor do White etc seem to publish any specs for body width.
Hoping for a tip on a freewheel that matches (or at least is close to) the chainline produces by a FG cog. Thanks!

Every bmx I have ever owned was 120mm and never had a freewheel rub.

What make of hub are you running?

The hub is stock Bianchi, looks very similar to the Formula hubs. The shoulders are the same depth on both sides of the hub. The Soma cog gave a perfect 42mm chainline on the fixed side, but the Shimano SF-MX30 works horribly on the freewheel side (and sorry, it's the seatstay it's fouling, not the chainstay). The freewheel body is over 16mm wide - are the Whites or 1/8" Shimano SF-1200 hubs any narrower?
