That actually seems like a pretty nice frame. I don't know if it's worth 575 though.

Yobatts, what is that makes this frameset so desirable in your mind?

Wait, what? Then why would you post a thread about it? Is it because you wouldn't want to ruin it by riding it or because you think it's a ****ty bike?

Zing!

Chrome looks good from the photos. Paint, meh. Seems on the higher side at $575, even though it's a rare breed.

For a hand built italian frame with what I'm guess is top of the line Columbus tubing, the price probably isn't super high. Maybe a little high, but nothing absurd or anything.

That's a nice looking frame. Looking at the pictures, I never would have guessed that it measures 54. I'd have guessed 58.

This frame has been on ebay for awhile too. I'm sorta surprised it hasn't been sold yet. Price may be slightly high, but as Hairnet said, could be a beautiful chrome bike

I don't understand why you are making this thread then... if it is to poke fun at the name Faggin, then that is not cool. 10 year old children make those types of jokes. Grow up.

Columbus Tretubi is nowhere near top of the line. Some people see the name Columbus and all of a sudden think big bucks. Some people see Italian and all of a sudden think big bucks. The chrome does look nice, but I doubt it is on the whole frame. It looks pretty heavy to me.

Exactly. The lugwork looks really crude. The seat binder bolt lug is cheap and unfinished. I'd buy a new Leader steel lugged frame long before I'd buy that thing.
