If you are looking for assurance you probably wont find it until you get the bike. I would guess that 55 is a good starting point, but i can't tell because I don't know your proportions. One of the downfalls of buying a bike on line.

I'm definitely happy with my 53 kilo, though after riding it, I realize I could have probably fit the 55 better...I'm 5'10", and have a good inch and a half of stand over on the top tube.
