What did I break now (lockring?)?
well you might have caught my thread about flats i just posted. i think i fixed that. my stupid DP18 has these little holes on the side of the rim (not spoke holes, it has to be a defect), i covered those up better and went to put my wheel back on. while adjusting chain tension i cracked some sort of washer type thing. 2 of them. is this my lockrings? i have a flip flop hub and i think i cracked one on each side. like i said it looks like a thick washer.

Definitely not a lockring. The lockring is what keeps your fixed cog tight. Are they the floating washers that are part of the axle hex nuts? If so, you need new axle nuts. Or maybe spacers on your axle. Can you show us a photo?

you probably are ending up spending more money than you would by just buying a new rear wheel
