Wheels for my bike

Hey guys
do any oine of you have a suggestion ?
i would like to buy 2 wheels - maksimum 260 euro.
i would like them to have a silver or black rim, and i want as good quality that i can get
( the wheels must have a "curb edge" so i can break on the wheels)

That's a decent wheelset for the money and Velomine is highly recommended around here.
