krypto exchange update
just got this email in response to my complaint about having to ship the lock first:
As locks become available, we will send you a UPS postage paid label by
e-mailor mail. Once you receive that label you can call us at 800-729-5625
with your credit card information and we will send out your new lock. We
will not charge your credit card unless we do not receive your old lock
back within 21 days of shipping your replacement. If you do not return
your lock within 21 days, your credit card will be charged the retail price
for that lock. Your credit card information will be destroyed upon receipt
of your old lock and keys.

i think it took close to a year before i got my exchange box/shipping deal, but then it only took a day maybe two to get the new lock. not that it mattered because i had already bought 2 new locks -- a bulldog ulock, then a mini krypto bc the bulldog was too big and heavy. yeah i know its a lock, but i dont park outside much, lucky to be able to park in my office.

It took a few months for me to get the UPS return label, but once I did it was only a few weeks before I got my new lock. Keep calling them.
