Where are Samson frames made?

Where are Samson frames made?
Although most of these frame builders don't have a website, I was able to locate Georama, Toyo, Kalavinka, Makino, Nagasawa thru websites like njs export and tracksupermarket in Japan.
But can't seem to find where to get a Samson frame made.
Does anybody know?
