They are pretty good frames for the price. However... this guy called crosslakesales on eBay sells unbranded Pakes for really cheap...

If you look in the eBay store they have them in pretty much every size....

The Bikeisland Framesets are also very great values for the price.

that Crosslake frame is an unbranded 2009 Pake with 1" tubing / curved fork.

Maybe OP is asking about the 2010 Pakes with 1 1/8" tubing / straight fork?

I have one of the latter. Works well. No complaints.

There's others here with the former. I also think they have no complaints.

Decent, inexpensive frames all around.

Its nothing special, but it'll hold together alright, just like any other frameset built for a similar pricepoint.

My no name Virtue frame is pretty good... can take fat tires and I love the classic look. If you're tall, the 52 size may be a tad too small. For me, it fits hand to a glove.

I don't have a Pake track frame but I have their c'mute model and it's a great value for the price. The welds are pretty nice, the paint is good and it rides great. For the price I don't think you can go wrong.

I would trade, even though it's a lateral move. But you would have to change your username to jakepake.

disagree.

Pake is not top echelon, but it's most definitely an upgrade from RYD.
