Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? My watches always wound up getting destroyed or lost somehow, a few weeks into owning them, so I gave up on getting any more.

thats funny because the reason i got one is cause my droid slipped out of my hand, skidded across the road, and got hit by a car when i pulled it out of my pocket to check the time

I pull my cell phone out and look at the time, then back it goes in the holster. I am only interested in the rough time, and I don't really care to read the seconds. I use to have a sports stop watch I could hang around my neck that I could just lift up to read the time. I stopped wearing it when I started carrying my keys on a lanyard.

+1 on the GShocks.

I've got a handful of them in my bureau.

(god, I just realized how hard it is to spell bureau. I screwed it up so bad that even spell check gave up. Had to go to wikipedia and find it in the page dedicated to "drawer".)

I only wear one watch, and I wear it all the time. I decided to go to the future to take this picture:

I have 2 Nixon Time Teller P's and a Wenger GST. I found the Wenger on a ride.

I love watches. Sometimes pulling out a cellphone is really inconvenient(like on a bike).

I was going to post a picture of an oldschool Casio calculator watch, but my computer has decided to be a slow jerk for now.
Usually, I go with my iPhone, don't wear a watch too often.

Digital watches are the most complicated things on the planet. I smashed my old watch along with my collarbone awhile back. I guess that was almost a year ago.

+1 for the sun.

I have a Citizen Eco Drive that I absolutely love, but usually when I'm on the bike my Ipod Nano 5th gen tells me the time.
