Yes, I read his post, maybe you should read it rather than parts of it. He admits to being a novice and novices are renowned for setting saddles too low. Further, have a look at the bike, if that saddle is set right, he'll not only mash his balls, he'll mash his pelvis when stopping. That fame won't have the stupid amount of seat post showing that is the modern fashion but that doesn't make it too big, the reach to the bars will determine that.

This has nothing to do with modern fashion and everything to do with improper relation of saddle to bar. With that setup, the saddle is way below the bar grips, resulting in a very upright seating position. That would be great with a flexible steel framed townie and wide padded saddle, but on that thing it will be a miserable experience.

Holy crap arent we all passionate !! lol!! saddle is where it is for a reason , i coudl raise it a little bit more but im still trying to adjust to bike, I can actually stand with my feet planted and clear the jewels but clearance its not dramatic. so what you are saying is that saddle should be higher than handle bars post ?

^this. and yes, it's fine for your saddle to be higher than the bars. In fact, most people prefer it that way. find a video on youtube on how to fit on your bike, because there's actually a proper way to get to a starting point with your fit and a bunch of wrong ways to do it.
