Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

If I'm not mistaken, they only had a limited run, and I suppose that run ended when they moved under Coghouse.

Check out Mr. Knowitall. Hi everybody!

Crappy pic, taken inside on a really snowy day (but it's cool 'cause I hear no one else around here really rides their bikes either)

^^^ Very nice. I like little details like the alternating black and silver stem spacers.

girlzilla, haha.

Thanks!

The pink chain and bars are most likely gonna go soon. It was cool in theory and I do think it looks nice but I'm over it. A little too "cutesy" for me.

I'm just kidding. But she'd better watch it!

I can see it now...we'll be sitting in different rooms, bickering on BikeForums.

Hey...considering she can't cook, she may as well take pics of her bike in the kitchen.

Our stove rules. It's a fully functional 1930-something Magic Chef.

Is this thread about our stove now?

just my 2cents on leaders:

never really was into the 722? 5? type frames.... i think the big narrow tube style isn't as easy to make aesthetically pleasing builds with. some examples, for me, being in this thread....i dunno its just real easy to make an awkward looking build out of them (IMO)

however a few times i see builds with them that i think are extremely well done....

some might not like this build but i think its very cool....right fork choice for the frame, even like the aero seatpost, looks like a fun ride....

anywho and i will say all the frames that leader have been putting out recently are very awesome. The more classically styled new frames like scrods are nice...still have a touch of that leader downtube shape but more subdued.

and the chrome lugged white frameset is baller. i was looking to purchase one but a) found a crazy good deal on another frameset and b) the top tube geom seemed crazy long....

all in all though ive been liking leader
Pretty hot. Thats some serious saddle to bar drop....almost looks like its missing aero bars man. IDK it just looks cool, but without aero bars kinda out of place.

As I was scrolling down the page I was just about to ask for more pics of the stove. I quite like it actually.
Perhaps in a different color, though.

I think the white goes well with our celeste kitchen and dark hardwood floor.

It does.

I was actually thinking the stove would look good in the "celeste" (lol) color with stainless or black hardware. Its a nice retro, kinda mid-century color. Wouldn't really work for your place tho.

Anyway, back to leaders.
