New Argon 18 build
So I missed riding fixed and found a deal on this Argon 18 frame and fork. I'm bummed that the paint job uses the same colors as my old FTP but whatever, it'll all get scratched to hell in a short time.
From what I can tell the rear end is almost identical to the Bianchi Super Pista. Same seat tube + clamp, chain stays and drop outs (fork ends, whatever). The seat tube/ seat stay joinery is a bit different. The bi-oval down tube is huge but the triangular top tube is a bit wide and annoying. The fork is straight off the the same production line as the FTP fork with different dropouts.
I used the same parts off my old build sans the new Black Omnium cranks and my new stupid Fore 41 rim. I got it for the price I paid I cant complain. It looks cool but its silly. I am waiting on Mavic to restock on HA Open Pros. I'll build a front wheel when I have a chance. Until then I'll be using the front wheel off my Tarmac.

Daaaamn, that's hot.
EDIT: I just looked up the geometry of the Electron and compared it to the Super Pista; Chain stays are identical but it has different ST and HT angles and Electrons have much shorter HT.
It does look like a Super Pista a lot...
Nice bike nonetheless...that frame is the Canada only version too, nice find.
