Reliable online dealers
What are some reliable online bike shops? Did some searching and couldn't find a similar thread. I know this would be very useful to myself and probably others.

Had great service lately from Ben's Cycle (Milwaukee).
Also I ordered some stuff from tracksupermarket.com in Japan. The prices are unbeatable, and even with the higher shipping costs I still saved a fair bit. Most impressively...I placed the order on Friday and that package was here Tuesday...with Monday being a holiday.

Wait!
Business Cycles is AWESOME. But don't use their ecommerce. I had a friend try to order some parts and submit an order. Heard no word from them. Called to follow up. Their response, "Um...we don't know where those ecommerce emails go. I can take your order over the phone."
Just call. I've ordered from them over the phone with no issues.

Tree Fort Bikes are worth mentioning too; their price matching feature of their site is awesome.

Anyone have an idea on timing behind shipments from probikekit? My order was shipped more than 3 weeks ago and I've received nothing so far.

https://www.thethirdhand.com/ (excellent for small parts, bits for cables and housing, also things like brake hoods, older stuff like freewheels)

I mentioned this in the deals thread - BikePartsUSA's site is terribly arranged and their shipping costs are high, but their Amazon storefront is dirt cheap for shipping multiple items ($4 + $0.50/lb) and carries a lot of really oddball stuff. If you're converting an old bike they're definitely worth a look.

I just ordered my first item from Universal Cycles. I like their $2.99 pick-a-product shipping... it's about the cheapest (besides free) for when I only need one thing. They were also very helpful in letting me know when my product would arrive, especially as I'm heading out of town soon and wanted to make sure I sent the item to the right address. Their price was very reasonable for what I ordered (a chain), and even with the $2.99 shipping it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find online at this time.

For small parts and odd tools, I like Bike Tools Etc.. I have bought from many of the sites listed above with good results.
