I did! I threw a few spacers up on top and went for another ride. It feels and looks much better now:

Yup on the riser newb.

The "final cut" looks as if the drop from the saddle to the risers is very close to a saddle/"top of drops" setup. Being a slow old fart I don't get on the drops enough to worry about.

I might give this a try.

I just found where to buy these Leader Uptown bars.

Scrod, are yours full width? It's hard to tell, the pictures are at an angle and I've never had a pair of bars that are 56cm wide.

The 55cm 725 has the same length top tube as my 58cm 722TS but the 725 is a lot lower with a much shorter head tube and has more saddle-to-bar drop.

The top of my risers are the exact same height and distance from the saddle as the top of the drops on my Gara, so it works well.

Nah, that's calv's bag.

My bars are cut to around 42cm.

Cuz it's not a PureFix...honestly, during my couple of days in Santa Monica last week I saw more PureFix bikes than any other brand out there.

Hey all, I'm grabbing a 2013 Kagero. I'm pretty sure I'd be a small (50cm) based on the calculations' top tube length ranges, but thought I'd get a few extra opinions before I bite the bullet. Thanks for any feedback.

My fit calculation:

Measurements
-------------------------------------------
Inseam: 79.3
Trunk: 58.1
Forearm: 35.7
Arm: 61.5
Thigh: 58.2
Lower Leg: 51.4
Sternal Notch: 136.5
Total Body Height: 168.8

The Competitive Fit (cm)
-------------------------------------------
Seat tube range c-c: 51.3 - 51.8
Seat tube range c-t: 52.9 - 53.4
Top tube length: 52.5 - 52.9
Stem Length: 10.6 - 11.2
BB-Saddle Position: 67.8 - 69.8
Saddle-Handlebar: 50.6 - 51.2
Saddle Setback: 4.5 - 4.9

The Eddy Fit (cm)
-------------------------------------------
Seat tube range c-c: 52.5 - 53.0
Seat tube range c-t: 54.1 - 54.6
Top tube length: 52.5 - 52.9
Stem Length: 9.5 - 10.1
BB-Saddle Position: 67.0 - 69.0
Saddle-Handlebar: 51.4 - 52.0
Saddle Setback: 5.7 - 6.1

The French Fit (cm)
-------------------------------------------
Seat tube range c-c: 54.2 - 54.7
Seat tube range c-t: 55.8 - 56.3
Top tube length: 53.7 - 54.1
Stem Length: 9.7 - 10.3
BB-Saddle Position: 65.3 - 67.3
Saddle-Handlebar: 53.1 - 53.7
Saddle Setback: 5.2 - 5.6
