Home made Power straps. Help needed

Hello

I would like to know if anyone makes his own power straps?

I am planning to make a pair. I just need ideas I don't have a sewing machine. But I can get my hands on as much seatbelt as I want!

Thanks!

It's in japanese but theres plenty of pictures. Should give you an idea! If no forum member responds just try googling one of these:
(also you can replace DIY with homemade for sometimes different results)
DIY foot retention
DIY powergrips

Hope this helps. Post pics when youre done!

Here's another tutorial for DIY straps. Although they are more like holdfasts than powergrips.

@Hairnet: Never underestimate the power of DuctTape...it holds the universe together! Besides I have seen preety amazing things made out off DT but it would look tacky...and cheap...

I made my own out of a couple pieces of utility strap (for tying down stuff in the back of a pickup truck), eight allen bolts, sixteen washers and eight nuts. it only took about two hours. All I did was bolt the strap material diagonally across each pedal.

duct tape was what lead to discovery of the invention that won the nobel prize in physics of 2010. created graphene from carbon by putting a sample inbetween two pieces of duct tape and tearing it apart. single layer of carbon atoms, stronger than conventional carbon fiber and light as hell.
