cinelli vigorelli standover height

anybody know the standover height for a 50cm cinelli vigorelli?

i tried searching through their website but they show frame geometry, however, i'm looking for standover height with wheels on.

anybody can provide this answer without flaming? thanks.

i'm 5'3 w/ an inseam of 30"
currently i'm riding a motobecane 49cm, thus i am wondering.
