Dawes SST AL
Did plenty of searching and was wondering a few things about the Dawes SST AL frame.
What is the sizing like? I ride a 53cm Kilo, 54cm custom lugged track frame and just ordered the 56cm SST AL to replace my IRO Mark V as my beater bike. I wanted an aluminum frame to ride in the rain and what not and was wondering who out there has an SST AL, what size it is, and how tall you are (and your inseam and any other help). Also wondering if you guys could post some pics of the SST AL (yours). TIA

^sounds about my size, thanks for the info guys. how does the tubing seem (strength/lock wise?) I had a few other aluminum track bikes (Cdale and Fuji) that were NOT good to lock up, wondering how this tubing seems in terms of dent resistance and what not

Been riding mine for about a month. I ride a 54cm and i'm 5'10 and I love the carbon fork it really feels like it dampens vibrations for a smoother ride. No modifications as of yet, only a htc evo mount that I made so I could track my rides.

Just the other day, I was riding down a bike trail, when I realized the whole path was slicked with ice. My bike slipped out from under me, And slid a few feet. I haven't noticed any dents from it yet.

Wait, wait, wait, wait. You ordered a bike then asked questions about sizing? What is wrong there?

Hmm, I am really diggin' this bike... I really like riding year round, but I only have steel bikes and I am waaay to lazy to properly take care of a steel bike in the winter. An Aluminum bike is slightly better in wintry maintenance, and this is a cheap winter beater at its best... assuming you can fit kind of wide tires?

EDIT:Found him!
Nice capture though, I enjoy your flicks Mystic.
