Suede turbo in the rain/bleeding?
So there's these mighty good lookin saddles for sale, really want the brown one. But, does anyone have any experience w/ suede saddles in the rain? Do they hold up ok? And if they do, do they bleed their color on your jeans/shorts?
Thanks!
Thanks!

That's kinda what I'd like to avoid....this biggest thing I'm concerned about is the color wearing into my pants even when its dry. I'd like to keep my pants skid-mark free.

You actually gotta worry about your pants bleeding into the seat especially if you wear raw jeans ie 501xx shrink to fits

Your cog is slipping.
Yeah man...I don't know if I'd want to subject a suede saddle to wet weather. Even if the color didn't end up bleeding it would most likely end up getting wrecked pretty quick.

Ever had suede shoes? Water kills suede. For a commuter just get some old saddle you don't care about but isn't uncomfortable. Preferably one that doesn't soak up water like a sponge.
