While in china town today I went in to a dollar store with some of my friends and saw the this blinky light on the wall. I had to get it and the lamp seems to work pretty well with it's three settings and The best part was the horrible english on the card that the light was packaged in. Also I got a kick ass Bruce Lee banner.

but will putting the Bruce Lee banner on your bike make you more visible to car drivers?

although obviously it would lend class and distinction to any situation.

nice light, esp for the money

Ha...I think I once paid $2 for the same light.

It was mounted to the seat post on my mtb. Rolled off one curb and the shock sent the lens, batteries and circuitboard all over the right lane...lasted about four blocks before that happened.

on the rare occassios that i use lights, my back light is a heinneken bottle cap with a single red LED that a friend got me in amsterdam...
i also own a red blinky from a dollar store... it has gotten me out of a couple of tickets...
i hate mandatory lights, but if it keeps you from paying a $30 fix-it ticket, dollar store lights are where it's at...
