Because the front wheel was hanging on a ceiling hook in my garage and cost me nothing. So, I lost a few cool points and saved $100. At least I removed the tacky stickers on the rim, which took about 1/2 hour of painstaking labor so I wouldn't scratch it.

haha no no... I am not looking. I just thought that when it originally got posted, there seemed to be a general interest in the GT frame... so I figured I would see if anybody has built one up. I should have my KHS done by today, if not tomorrow at the latest. I actually saw the road version just the other day. Kind of makes me want one, just to have the geared matching version...

Looks great! That frame is really cool. Thanks for not grinding off the braze-ons or painting it

FYI: This shot was taken as I was heading home from the bike shop...sorry if I got a little rambunctious about photos before setup

Definitely needs a little tweaking... Perhaps a positive rise stem...

Goin' for a 15-20 mile ride tomorrow morning so I'll give it a good review by then.

That saddle angle and seat post immediately made me think of an ostrich.
