I went from nitto race bars to these cruiser style bars and never looked back. Since im making this a townie project im considering getting rid of the toe straps. Probably going to get a brown saddle too.

pardon the grainy iphone pic and busy background...
planing on using my lady's nice DSLR camera and a clean background to take pics of all my biekz sometime in the near future...

this is my coaster brake around towner...some old 60's philip's frame. loving the cetma rack. that and a bungie gets my groceries and farmers market pickups quite well

Looks cool man. I'm digging the blue tape. Is the Kagero fork drilled for a brake? Carbon? Might as well throw a brake on there if you're running hoods.

I believe it is drilled, but it's covered up. The blades are carbon with an AL steerer.

I wouldn't dismiss the idea of a brake, I would probably put one on sooner or later.
