Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I ride it all the time lol. I use gloves on my hands and my pants are clean. I also store it inside. You are right about the Gatorskins. I installed them about a week ago

Beautiful

I notice most of the bikes dont have this kind of stem, which looks best on drop bars.

I know but I have an injury to my foot from when I was hit by a car last year and the metal ring was bothering the inside of my foot so I switched them around.

I think I'm forgetting SOMETHING because the chain makes a lot of noises, and in one certain area, there's a little "bump" in the chain while the cranks are spinning. At first I noticed the wheel was a bit crooked to one side, but I corrected it. A little better, but it's still there and louder than I expect it to be.. Any ideas?

Components:
Stock Kilo Pro bb
Stock Kilo Pro crankset (Sugino RD2) + stock 48t chainring (only about 40 miles on it)
new KMC Z410 chain
Retrogression 18t cog
If you're still having this problem.....Have you checked the chainring bolts to make sure they are tight? One loose chainring bolt could be causing this issue. Seems simple, but easy to overlook....double check ALL the bolts throughout the bike to make sure they are not too loose or tight.

Nope. Copper-plated. I think they only made a handful.
