Pickdd up a kilo that had never been rode for 200 last weekend. Hate the hell out of the chrome though, anyone ever strip one? Not sure if it's gonna be too much of a hassle or not.

2. chrome ain't paint, it's metallically bonded to the frame, so your luck with aircraft paint stripper, etc may vary. leave it alone and just enjoy it would be my recommendation. |

Why the top tube pad?
|
My lights run off a battery pack I keep in the saddle bag, so it holds it down and hides it better then some type of clamp.
|
Everything is still stock. I ride for fun so until the parts start to fail on me I won't replace them yet.

Thats the 47 and theyre stocked up with all the sizes now! It's a beauty in person. Can't beat the extra $50 for better parts either.

Too late, as I already had my white kilo for 3 weeks- but I love it :D

First day assembled. I got it for $250 from BikeIsland(missing fork and crown race, hence the Nashbar Carbon). Will be going clipless in a few days.

If that's a B-17 you should look into getting a new saddle. That's way too much drop. Other than that, awesome.
|
Good lord that bike looks uncomfortable.
