My Target "Schwinn" cheapo just crapped out. The cheapest at my local shop was a Blackburn ay $50. It looked pretty basic, not a lot different than my $20 Schwinn. What do you guys like?

Topeak Joe Blow Sport. By far the best pump I've ever owned and costs around 35 bucks.

/\ that is my go-to, and I have a Park PFP-6 that I have beat the crap out of and it's never gave me trouble. I believe it retails for around $20.

I've got some Serfas from my LBS. It's got a top-mount gauge, good to 160psi, and I don't have to flip the pump head for different valve types. I think it was about 30 bucks.

I had that pump, just broke on me a couple days ago. Don't know what happened but it was probably my fault.

+1 I got a red one. I forget which model. It was cheap. Has the same top-mount gauge and up to 160psi. I hear if you break these which is going to happen with pumps eventually, one poster on BF went into a shop that sells these and have gotten a new replacement free one no question asked. Sounds good to me.

I love my silca super pista. Great thing is it has replaceable parts and it was designed for people to take apart and put back together for repairs. You can probably find one for cheap used. I know that bonktown had them recently for cheap.

We got these at the co-op after using a bunch of other pumps, including the Park Tools. They all broke from the thousands of people using them but the Joe Blows still work well.

I just ordered a Topeak Joe Blow Pro from Universal Cycles. My Silca Pistas are all falling apart and are really only necessary when inflating track tubulars over 160 psi.

Another +1 for Joe Blow, they're the "staff only" pumps at the co-op, so they are in better condition than the other pumps.

I bought a foot pump (like one you pump with your foot) from walmart for $4 and change. It lasted a whole school year, but crapped out eventually. I took it apart and converted it to a hand pump. It's effective, but looks like absolute garbage.

I have the Park Pump, and it works great! Foldable floor support for easier transport and big pressure gage that I can read without my glasses.

But really, there are dozens of good pumps all over every bike shop. Just go out and buy one.

It's ok and works as expected for a $30 pump. It pumps well up to 160 PSI, but it has a bit of a flimsy plastic base. I prefer pumps that have some sort of metal base. I regularly use a Joe Blow Pro that works fantastically, but it's not quite a budget pump.

I have the Joe Blow pump as well, it was purchased used on Ebay. Works fantastically well, but my roommates keep 'borrowing' it.

Kinda sucks that your LBS doesn't have much variety. I've got 3 in town that I go to regularly and they all have a variety at different price points. Are they the only game in town?

Word. i got my "joeblow" a little over a year ago when it was 40 bucks. they seem to have gone 5 bucks down around here.
