Today i rode on clipless pedals with regular shoes around the block for breakfast, it was horrible/terrifying.

Dont know how people do it, not being able to pull around the whole circle was killing me even for the 2 mins i rode

Last night I somehow ended up in the apartment of one of the brewers from Goose Island and got to sample a bunch of their beers that aren't out yet. I also brought a couple home. In related news, I'm hungover.

today I finally got the guy with the DA stuff to agree to ship to me if I covered the cost. then he tells me he'll do it 'next week' because he's a 'busy student'. bish I'm a student and work full time and I could cut out 30 minutes of my day to receive $350 and make a trip to the USPS

you get used to it and that's that. LOOK or SPD-SL pedals are the only ones you can kinda ride around on with regular shoes

Today the lock nut on my IRO (formula) hub cracked. ****

I also wrapped cloth tape real tight over my cork tape. Feels great, it gives me a nice wide diameter bar without the squishiness of other double wraps.
