    what do you guys think about these rattle-can conversions?

    local guy sells these conversions all day long for $200+.. what do you guys think?

    Wow....thats all i can say.
    We've got some guys down here that do the same stuff... cutting drops into faux-bull horns and the like.
    Except they normally go for 275+....dumb.

    I hear some dude does that in Boise too. "Gotfixed" is what he calls his business thing. My friend from their always surfs Boise's CL cause he's from there.

    he manages to sell them pretty quick.. i've been seeing them for months now. some look ok, others are fugly as hell. in the winter he sold them for like $50 less.. looks like he's started to add brakes more often now too

    i've actually seen the same bike listed a ton of times lately with different sales pitches. once it said he was selling it to raise money for his wife's chemo treatments. it seems false and in bad taste.

    I think I could easily build something like this for under $100, including the alcohol I'd have to drink to think the paint scheme is a good idea.
