Need more threading on Disc, having chainline line issues

Hi Guys, here is concise breakdown

I am using a road TT frame for track pursuit event. I have a Zipp 900 rear disc with a long track axel so it fits the 130mm horizontal drop outs of the TT bike.

However, my problem is that the threading on the axel for the Cog is shallow, as a result the chain line is off a bit. Is there an adapter that can screw on to the existing threading to extend it. If I can just get a little more threading to move the Cog to the right, it will line up perfectly.

Thanks

I commented in the other thread.

I just thought about it, and if your stickers are removable, then it's the 2003/2004 disc which has a very short axle...even on track bikes. I put that disc on a proper track bike with thick aluminum dropouts, and the axle was not long enough to make it through the 15mm axle nuts. Only 1/2 the threads were engaged.

Photos will help this thread a lot. Would you mind posting some?
