The seller in me hates getting low-balled, but $400 is crack-pipe territory for that frame so offer him something realistic like $250. Maybe $275 if you love the color and just have to have it.

I almost bought a complete rb1 for 400 dollars, I wouldn't pay more than 150 for the frame

Should I stick with the FSA Carbon Pro Team Issue Cranks that I already own, or purchase Campagnolo Carbon 10's? I'll be using just the arms since I'm going to get Fibre-Lyte Chainrings.

The FSA's I already have and the 3k weave matches the rest of the components and frame of the bike, but the rest of the bike uses C-Records and Cinelli gear and the record cranks would match the branding/country. They're around the same weight sans the rings, the FSA's use Isis drive (I know about the issues) and the C-records use square taper.

I may, however, still order one from Scrod after I get a friend to help me take some measurements to run through a fit calculator to determine sizing. I have 52cm (C-C) Cross Check and a 50cm (C-C) Fuji, which is a tad small. (which was labeled as 52cm, but I didn't realize that is C-T)

Should I try to track down a new saddle? My lower half went numb after about an hour yesterday, and I've noticed discomfort after a little bit before.

No clue where to start though.

Try adjusting the saddle first. By "lower half" exactly what part of your anatomy are you talking about ? If you are getting numb crotch, a saddle with a relief groove might help.

Like my belly button on down. I have a Specialized Romin, so I already have a cut out.

Well, this has never happened to me and IDK how a saddle could cause this problem.

The Romin is really swoopy and you should definitely play around with the angle. For my anatomy I found that it worked best with the nose almost level with the rear flare:

Should I spend $100 for a Kryptonite New York lock or get an Abus mini 140 for almost 1/2 that?
