MPLS Saturday Night!!!!
Sorry I can't make it tonight. I have a hockey practice at 930pm. But, I am coming out the following week for sure because hockey is at 8am. Oh yeah. I hope that you boys have a fun ride tonight. Perhaps people will tell you what happenend to me at work on Friday. I got hit by a crazy man. He then tried to get away so I threw my u-lock frisbee style at him and put a big dent in his car. He stopped and chased me. I stopped. He tried punching me. Missed like a sucker. I pushed him and tried to grab my nextel to call for back up. He grabbed my bike before I could react without my u-lock. He threw it and jumped on it like a sucker. 240lb sucker. Bent my frame and rear wheel. Got in his car and left. Funny thing is that he had a license plate and I got 4 witnesses and a nice police report. ***** will be feeling this one. Charged with Ag. Assualt, Hit and Run and failure to stop.
Did I mention that he also has a nice $300 dent in the side of his car?
Glory to the power wagon!
Tim. See you next week. Stupid Kids.

Jesus Christ, Tim. I got some awful chills reading that.
Pretty soon hubby and I will make it out for a ride, too. Promise. I found time to close the CC down on Monday, I'm sure I can make it out for a drink with you sometime soon.
Come stop by 3550 sometime this week.

I would think that the lessons learned from PW's experience would have been not to throw things at cars containing @ss-holes (even if they hit you). But then again, since when has PW been a teacher. Also, isn't he getting a nice big check from those folks who ran him over?
I missed the ride too (too much turkey sandwich). But it looks like I'll be there next Saturday on my new single speed. I'll make sure to leave a pile-o-wood at the mounds park fire pit so that if folks want to ride straight to a fire pit, there will at least be a few miles required before we reach it.

I'm in favor of riding to Mounds Park. I was too sick to go this week, but should be out next week.
