Would a 6'4 15 year old fit on a Large frame?

I'm trying to order a bike for my brother but I'm worried about how tall he is (lol). I'm ordering from Big Shot Bikes. I e-mailed them and they said he would be fine as long as he doesn't grow anymore. I personally think he won't grow anymore (maybe like a inch or two, but not much). Big Shot Bikes only go up to a Large Frame, they don't have any XL. Should I by him the cool looking customized fixie, or just go with a store brought XL frame?

THANKS

I dunno about singlespeed and fixed gear -

But, he's gonna grow more.

And, he probably needs an XL frame.

My 6'6" son does

He may grow a bit, and the L frame will surely be too small. At 15 I was his height, and I topped out at 6'7. I own an "XL" commuter bike that is too small, and my fixed gear is 62cm but could be a tad larger. Best bet would be to have him try an XL somewhere to see if it's useable now. Will save some cash in the long run.

Look at the Kilo TT (totally serious) because it is inexpensive and they have long top tubes. I'm 6'5" and of all the track frames I have looked at the Kilo is one of the few that looks like it will fit me for road use

Also use the fit calculator at Competitivecyclist.com so you don't end up buying a bike that is too small
