Thinking of a new bike for winter..

So I want to start building up a new bike for winter riding. I want a decent frame with some fat tires so I have maximum romping capability.. this is what i'v looked at so far, ( https://allcitycycles.com/bikes/def_wish/ ) but i dont care about the whole "freestyle thing". are there any other frames one would suggest that run along the same lines of this bike, just not targeted towards the "freestyle" scene?
