But Superb would probably sell you a custom French 75 made by Pake just for them to sell to you. Exclusively.

Hell yeah.

Pake French 75? nah, sh*t's custom. It's a Superb English Soixante-Dix Cinq. Didn't you see how much I paid for it?

Right. And the geometry and general design will not resemble the French 75 in any way except that one way but we won't mention that.

I emailed pake to find out if they will ever revise the French 75 for dropout plates on both sides and I got this.....

Hi,

I don't think that will ever happen. That would cause the wheel to slide around in the dropout.

Hello,

I was wondering if Pake will ever end up making the French 75 with dropout plates on both sides?

Thanks!

I guess every other manufacturer of aluminum track frames doesn't know what they're doing.

A lot of you guys have Leaders in your sigs (and yet post often in this thread). Is Leader related? Their aluminum frames have a cool look to them.

FWIW my Leader has single sided dropouts and even after almost 2 years they look perfectly fine. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I think the whole double sided dropouts thing is overblown.
