Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? A custom Mercian fixed gear. custom frames for $1000 and up.
Velouria, the bike owner, went for a more relaxed geometry with no toe overlap. wider tires, too. Reminds me of my Bianchi San Jose is geometry; also a very useful bike.

A tasteful Leader, which is so rare for me, that I consider it better than porn. Much like side-boob in movies.

That's not tasteful, it's covered in stickers. It's fine but not tasteful.

Its my opinion that even stickers could be applied in tasteful, as well as tasteless ways. I believe that Leader was of the former.

I didn't particularly like the stickers on that leader (also, bmx pedals), but I have to admit it I can only go so long before putting a few stickers on my bike.

Usually the justification is a result of a 'personal expression' thing and 'try to make my bike look like **** so it doesn't look attractive to thieves.'

Tends to be much more of the latter.

People post geared bikes in here all the time. It's not in the rules.

Really guys? I posted one geared bike and you're choosing to do this now? Go back one page before me. And the one before that. And probably the one before that. There are geared bikes on the front page.
