I know I'm wandering into the weenie territory but this is just for comparison: a low flange philwood hub is 223 grams compared to the 198 grams on a high flange new sheriff SL. (both with hardware) Cherry on top is the new SL is about half the price of phil. |
So moar drillium is needed.

It's a scam (most likely), a fake (less likely), or the bike is trashed (least likely).

Is there a back story to this? It's a bit confusing. Without CX like tire clearance, what's the point of it. I would like to see a close up of the non-drive side seat stay. That routing looks really clean.
I was thinking the same thing. |

I like it a lot...but then I am an acknowledged Cinelli fanboi, & also owned a disc brake roadbike for awhile that I liked very much - so this bike hits some of my hot-buttons
Since this group seems to like negative stems with riser bars nowadays and I happen to be in this thread, looking at an unusual "Nelli - could this one possibly belong here instead of the JA thread that I planned to post it in? http://i64.tinypic.com/2q0iowj.jpg |

Nope, the bars spoil it (for me). WRT the one I posted, I don't like the quill stem and the blue headset. I think a silver headset and a matching 1+1/8" stem (and hubs), along with more modern looking brake levers and chain drivetrain (belt for cross?) would look nicer. |
