I think the only time I'd ever had fully wrapped bars were for scratch races and keirins. Or for my daily steed.

My tecno is hand painted. The only decal is on the chain stay. All the other graphics and lettering is done by hand. You can see the brush strokes and slight imperfections.

Hah! Mistral is just as bad as either of those. Ironic bump from Drive doesn't change that, IMO.
