That stem looks really sleek too. I remember when I thought threadless stems were big and ugly and only rode quill stem bikes. That feeling is coming back looking at this skinny thing

It looks like some iteration of a control tech controlstem from the 1 inch threadless years.

My broken brain is telling me that the detroit drillium frame with pizza-sized chainring already made an appearance here many months ago, but in the ja thread?

I'd love to see a video of somebody pedalling that bike. Probably needs a tow from a car to get going.

I dig the pic. What aperature and shutter speed did you use to defocus the background?

By looking at it -- its gotta be F4-5.6. Shutter depends on what the ISO was set at.

It was shot at f2.2 with 1/225 shutter speed. Though, equally as important in creating that background effect(bokeh) is the focal length of the lens used and distance from me to subject/distance from subject to background. Neat, huh?

85mm lens on a full frame sensor at about 17 feet away. If all you had was an APS-C sensor camera, you could achieve similar results with a 50mm lens at around 10 feet away at f1.8
