I. Love. This.
The funny thing is that there is a city in California called San Juan Capistrano, so I had to look this up.
In hindsight, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that there's also a church (likely more than one) going by that name.

Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano is in San Juan Capistrano, California. This is a very large and ornate mission Church founded the Franciscan missionaries.
Mission San Juan Capistrano is a smaller Church, also founded by Franciscan missionaries in what is now San Antonio, Texas. This is what @franswa has pictured.
In both cases the mission Church would have been founded first and the city then would have grown up around it.
San Juan Capistrano = St. John of Capistrano. He was a soldier who became a Franciscan. Many don't realize that the Ottomon Empire almost took control of Europe in the early 1500's. If they had then society as we know it would not exist. There was a 200 year war with the Turks. Muslims had laid siege to Vienna Austria and were attacking Rome. Europe was almost taken over. St. John marched with 70,000 troops following him into battle in Belgrade. He ran into the invading force carrying a crucifix and the Europeans won that particular battle.
So yeah, there are a couple of Franciscan mission Churches around the world named after St. John of Capistrano. Franciscans remember him with some reverence.

Gears are for dudes! Just kidding
First (real) ride of my singlespeed
First Impression of the bike: Oh god i need to insert a bit more grease in the CM and also i think is better to buy a new pair of pedals but they are ok for now.
Itinerary: 14km in a normal city , 20 climb and 5 descent.
Climbing with a 53-14 was not too bad except for some parts , my legs didn't suffered but my heart-ratio sometimes touched some height near my idea of personal limit.
That was very funny and satisfying.

Holy hell 53 x 14 climbing?
That's way more than I could ever push up a hill, kudos.

no we went down the other side, which was super rad, and super fast. we saw coyotes and wild hogs right on the trail
it would have still been the hardest hike of my life, even without having 20 lbs of gear on my back and pushing a 50lb bike

Porcupine Rim: 3 of us were lucky/dumb enough to do a 2nd run after picking up a shuttle vehicle up top....temps had to be mid-90s by the time we got to the bottom.

17 mile commute to work this morning. Mixture of bike lanes, neighborhood roads, decently busy streets, and trails/paths.
