Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

My first guess is Nitto RB-021s, but the tape is kinda throwing it off for me.

Maybe Deda Crononero Lowriders?

It looks like the Nitto RB-021 they've got that shim (maybe not the correct term) in the middle and you can see the rise under the tape.

RB 021 doesn't come in black. Probably the dedas.

edit: unless of course they're using a black shim since 021s only come in a 26.0 clamp diameter.
