Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

gran compe / formula hub question

so i bought a wheelset with gran compe hubs and the rear needs a new axle. it is really hard to find gran compe replacement parts and formula stuff is pretty common so i was wondering if the formula axles will work with gran compe hubs?

track supermarket sells a 120 to 110 conversion kit that fits gran compe, formula, surly so im guessing stock axles are interchangeable? anyone done it?

I'm fairly certain they are the same. If I'm wrong, calv will punch himself in the balls.

Good thing Scrod's a wizard, or I would have less faith in him and more fear for myself.

I've bought the 8mm 110 conversion kit....No issue using it on Grand Compe or Formula hubs...
